  CLEMMER, Donald Walter It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Walter Clemmer, at Gateway Haven in Wiarton, Ontario on May 2, 2018 in his 88th year. Born in Kitchener Ontario on March 8, 1931 Don lived happily after retirement at Chesley Lake Allenford, Ontario. Beloved husband of Ruth Clemmer (Siegel). Dear father of Lynn Voelzing (and David) of Kitchener, Ontario and Lance Clemmer (and Monica) of Clavering Ontario. Don was the proud grandfather of Carly Johnson (and Mathew) and Emily and Aren Clemmer and great-grandchildren Stella and Maverick. Donald is predeceased by his parents Florence and Ronald Clemmer. Donald was a 50 year member of the Royal Canadian Legion and a life member of Branch 340, Port Elgin. Don was also a member of St. Lawrence Lodge #131 and the Chesley Lake Association. At Don's request there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Lung Association would be greatly appreciated by the family.
