Notes - ROSE, Edgar J. - Peacefully, at Stratford General Hospital, on Sunday, December 21, 2008. Edgar of Wellesley and formerly of Gadshill, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Olivia. Loving father of Ray of Gadshill, Paul of Wellesley, Donna Tam (Peter) of Ancaster, Walter (Beth) of Nithburg and predeceased by his son, Peter in infancy. Dear grandfather of Tara Faller, Kaitlyn Faller, Darren Rose, Amanda Rose, Collin Rose and Craig Rose. He will be sadly missed by his brothers, Fred Rose (Pat), Bill Rose (Doreen) all of Stratford; his brothers-in-law, Willard Mohr of New Hamburg, Alvin Faulhafer of Tavistock; sisters-in-law, Mildred Rose of Stratford, Margaret Kneisel of New Hamburg, Doris Lotz of Wellesley, Donna Lotz of Kitchener and Marilyn Mayne (Jim) of Kitchener. Predeceased by his parents, John E. Rose and Lily Schmidt; his brother, Ernest Rose and sisters, Anna Hyde (Ross), Oleva Faulhafer, Alma Mohr, sisters and brothers-in-law, Francis Kavelman, Bill and Dorothy Lotz, Herb and Clare Lotz, Clayton Lotz, Walter Lotz, John Lotz, Lloyd Lotz, Duncan Lotz, Walter Kneisel and Mabel Rose. Friends may call at the Futher-Franklin Funeral Home , 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley, on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Gadshill on Wednesday, December 24, 2008 at 11 a.m. Pastor Patricia Jackson officiating.
