In the Matter of the Estate of FRANCIS ANDERSON, late of the Township of Wilmot, in the County of Waterloo, Farmer, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 51 of The Trustee Act, R. S. O. 1927, Chapter 150, that all creditors and others having claims or demands against the Estate of the said FRANCIS ANDERSON, who died on or about the 17th day of January 1937, are required, on or before the 31st day of March 1937, to send by post prepaid, or deliver, to GEORGE A. DINGWALL, 10 Mackenzie Avenue, Woodstock, Ontario, the Executor of the last Will and Testament of the said deceased, or to his Solicitor, their Christian names and surnames, addresses and descriptions, the full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the securities (if any) held by them.
AND TAKE NOTICE that after such last mentioned date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have notice, and that the said Executor will not be liable for the said assets or any part thereof to any person or persons of whose claims notice shall not have been received by him at the time of such distribution.

Frank Anderson
HAYSVILLE-The funeral of Frank Anderson, last surviving member of the John Anderson family, was held Wednesday to the family plot at Pine Hill cemetery, following services at Glendenning Funeral Home, Plattsville. Mr. Anderson, who had lived alone, two miles south of this place, since the death of his sister and brother several years ago, passed, away Sunday at K.-W. Hospital, Kitchener. He suffered from a heart condition.
Surviving are two nephews, George Coxson and George Dingwell and three nieces, Mrs. John Fenn, Mrs. William Fenn and Mrs. T. Calder, all of Plattsville.
