    • Mrs. Magdalene Forler

      The last surviving member of the Sebastian Schmidt family of 10 children, Mrs. Magdeléne Forler, 97 Park St. died. yesterday at her home following a brief illness. She was 86

      Born at New Dundee, Mrs. Forler was a member of St. John's R.C. Church and also the Sacred Heart League. She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob. J. Forler, who died. Dec. 12, 1924.

      Mrs. Forler is survived by two sons, Herbert and Alfred of Kitchener; three daughters, Mrs. Hilda Forler, Kitchener; Mrs, Sidney (Agnes) Hooper, Waterloo, and Mrs. Alvin (May) Schnarr, Rosedale; 14 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

      Prayers will be said at the late residence at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, and requiem high mass will be sung at 9 a,m. at St. John's R.C: Church with Rev. William Gleason, pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. The body is resting at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until noon Tuesday when it will be removed to the residence.
