95 years, Wed., Sept. 20, 2000 at Chez Nous Lodge, Stoney Point, formerly of Kitchener. Predeceased by her parents, Herman and Emma Wahl, brother Harvey (1974) and sister Armeda (1994). Loving aunt to Jean Gignac (nee Wahl) and husband Al of Belle River. Sadly missed Shannon and Yves St. Pierre and children Ryan and Amanda, Belle River; Colleen (Kelly) Gignac-Sibley, husband Ken and son Cory Sibley of St. Albert, Alta; Kevin and Danielle Gignac and daughter Madison Rose, Windsor. At Alma's request, there will no visitation. Cremation, with interment of ashes at St. Simon & St. Jude Cemetery, Belle River. A Private Memorial Service for family and friends will take place at Chez Nous Lodge, Stoney Point, Sat. Sept. 23, 2000 at 10:30 am. Arrangements entrusted to Melady Funeral Home 572 Notre Dame Street, Belle River (728-1500). A tree will be planted in memory of Alma Wahl in the Janisse, Marcotte, Melady Memorial Forest. A dedication service will be held in the fall of 2001. All are welcome.
