    • Fred passed away peacefully with his family at his side at Grand River Hospital on Friday, August 23, 2013 at the age of 62.

      He was predeceased by his parents Leslie Carder and Alice nee Leffler and his brother Bradley.
      He was survived by his siblings, David, Greg & Dennis all of Waterloo, Doug and his wife Robin, Rodney and his wife Edwina all of Kitchener, Jacqueline and her husband Ray Reny of Anmore, B.C., Janice Kimmel of Cambridge and Robbin and her husband Enzo Marrella of Tomball, Texas. Fred was a uncle to 13 nieces and nephews and a great uncle to 9 nieces & nephews.
      Fred was a kind and generous son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed by all.

      A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 29, at 11:00am in the chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Cannon Robin Lyons of all Saints Anglican Church officiating. A reception will follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home.

      In lieu of flowers, condolences for the family and donations to the Grand River Dialysis Unit may be arranged through the funeral home at www.erbgood.com or 519-745-8445.

      The family wishes to express a special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of Grand River Hospital for their care and compassion.
