Later the building was used in 1905 as the Walker Bin & Store Fixture Co, later the Jones Brothers of Canada Limited in 1928, by 1933 the building was vacant. In 1934 it became the Kennedy Furniture Co., again vacant in 1935-1936, The Murawsky Furniture Co. used the building starting in 1937 and later the building was used as plant No 4 of the Dominion Electrome Co.
