  Former Record reporter discusses investigation into serial killer Stanley Rice on local podcast WATERLOO REGION - In the summer of 1963, the disappearance of nine-year-old Keith Henry sparked the largest search for a missing person Kitchener-Waterloo had ever seen. It wasn't until 1968 that the Henry family and residents of the city would hear what had became of the child \emdash he was murdered and buried along the banks of the Grand River. His body has never been found. Stanley Rice, the man who killed the boy, went on to kill two other young boys, in Ohio and Florida, before confessing to all three murders in 1968....
