  SHERLOCK, Rev. William Francis At the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, on Friday, Oct. 30, 1981, as the result of a heart attack, aged 52 years. Father William Sherlock, pastor of St. Boniface RC Church, Maryhill; ordained to the priesthood at Christ the King Cathedral, Hamilton, on June 4, 1955; served St. Patrick's, Cambridge, St. John's, Burlington, St. Clement's, Cambridge, rector of Christ the King Cathedral, pastor of Sacred Heart, Mildmay, St. John's, Kitchener and St. Boniface, Maryhill; a member of the Maryhill Knights of Columbus, Council 6024, and a fourth degree member of the Father Funken General Assembly. Son of the late John Joseph Sherlock and Catherine O'Brien; brother of Gerald and Eleanor (Mrs. Edward Monahan) and Allan, all of Toronto, Bishop John Sherlock of London, Ont., James of Burlington, Rev. Philip Sherlock of Cambridge and Mary (Mrs. William Doole) of St. Catharines. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Visitation was at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton St., Kitchener, transfer was made to St. Boniface RC Church, Maryhill. A wake service was Sunday at 8 p.m. followed by the Knights of Columbus Scripture Service.
