  PATRICK JOHN STRAUSS Funeral mass was held Thursday. July 11, for 17 year old Patrick John Strauss who died Monday July 8 as the result of a drowning accident. The parish rosary was recited last Wednesday at 8:30 p.m. at the Schreiter Sandrock Funeral Home. Kitchener. Prayers offered Thursday morning at 10:15 a.m. were followed by the funeral mass at 11 p.m. at St. Boniface RC Church. The Strauss youth was a student at St. Jerome's high school, a member of the Si. Boniface RC Church and a member of the Squires of the Maryhill Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his parents. Mr. and Mrs. Lunus Strauss. RR 1. Breslau and siblings. James, Murray. Francis. Allen, David, Gary, Julianne (all at home) and Shirley, (Mrs. Charles Graham ) of Whitby. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Seraphine Huber. RR 2, Mildmay. Interment.
