  Veronica Eby, "the second daughter of Samuel Eby and his wife, Elizabeth Brech, was born May 31st, 1816. In 1873 she was married to Abraham Brubacher, of the township of Woolwich, county of Waterloo, Ontario. He died some years ago. In March, 1889, she, in company with others, moved to Ocheydan, Iowa, where she died February 19th, 1894." Eby, Ezra E. (1895).
