On Saturday, October 10, 1987, as a result of drowning on the Frederick House River at Cochrane, of R. R. #6, Guelph, in his 66th year. Husband of Gladys Knight. Father of John and Carolyn, both at home; and Nancy of London. Brother of Mrs. Georgina McLean of Guelph. Predeceased by brothers, Harry and Edwin and a sister, Hilda. Mr. Clifford was born at Wiarton, ON on July 2, 1922 and was retired from Babcock and Wilcox. A memorial service was held at the Crossroads Memorial Brethren in Christ Church, R. R. #6, Guelph, Wellington County Road #32, five kilometres north of Puslinch Lake on Sun., Nov. 8 at 3. Coutts and Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrew's St. in Cambridge.
