    • Milton W. Cressman, 78, of 247 Franklin Ave., died Friday at his late residence following a brief illness. Born in Waterloo Township June 29, 1884, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Cressman. In his early years he farmed in western Canada, returning to the Twin Cities 34 years ago. He worked at Rosemount Dairy and at Smiles 'n Chuckles until his retirement in 1953. He was a member of Stirling Avenue Mennonite Church.

      His wife, Laura, died in 1954. Surviving are two sons, Frederick D. of Waterloo and Robert L. of Peterborough; a sister, Elvina Cressman of Breslau, and five grandchildren. A brother and two sisters predeceased him.
      The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home until noon Monday when removal will be made to Stirling Avenue Mennonite Church for the service at 3 p.m. Rev. Wilfred Ulrich, minister of the church, will officiate. Burial will be in Cressman Mennonite Cemetery, Breslau.
