HAROLD JACOB SNIDER, son of Peter Alba Snider, was born in the vicinity of Bloomingdale and is a direct descendant of Jacob (Yoch) Schneider, the pioneer. Harold was employed as a Waterloo County assessor for eight years prior to taking over the store in partnership with his son.
