  Knowlton, James David Passed away peacefully at home, June 30, 2015, in his 84th year. Lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years Eva (nee Smith), children Sheila and Gerald Martin, Sandra and James Orsan, grandchildren James and Sharlyn Martin, Jeffrey and Amy Chapman, Ryan and Natalie Martin, Wesley and Natalie Chapman, Aaron and Stacey Martin, and great-grandchildren Zachary, Ryder, Quinten, Aiden, Gavin, Oliver, Ella, Opal, Owen and Oxford. Remembered fondly by his sister Joan Gingerich, brother David Knowlton (Betty) and sister Carol Davis (Don). Pre-deceased by his parents Walter and Madeline Knowlton, and his brother Martin Knowlton. James lived a rich and full life loving his family and serving our heavenly Father. The family of James Knowlton will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 7-9 pm and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 519-749-8467. The funeral service will take place at 11 am on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at the New Apostolic Church - Kitchener Central, 160 Margaret Avenue, Kitchener followed by a reception in the fellowship hall.
