  TINNEY, Charles (Scouter Chuck) July 18, 1939 - June 17, 2017 Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, June 17, 2017, in his 78th year. Survived by the love of his life and best friend Gloria ( nee Scope). Spending 57 years together. Charles will be sadly missed by their seven children Rick, Barry (Connie), Cheryl, Steve, Kelly, Tracey and Lori (Danny). Brother to Robert Tinney (late Dorothea), John Tinney (Phyllis), Donald Tinney, Marie Maughan, late Doris Buttar (Ron). Charles was the proud papa to 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, whom will also miss him dearly. Charles will be remembered and missed by extended family and dear friends. Cremation and a private celebration of life has occurred. If desired, donations will be accepted at the Heart & Stroke Foundation in honour of Charles Tinney.
