    • DOTZERT, Woodrow Albert - Of Waterloo, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Saturday, May 15, 1999, after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, in his 81st year.

      Mr. Dotzert was a lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Second World War veteran; member of Branch No. 530 Waterloo Legion, retired from Waterloo County Board of Education after 35 years of service and a longtime coach of Y.B.C. Bowling and C.N.I. Blind Bowlers.

      Beloved husband and best friend of Florence (nee Voll) Kieswetter; dear father of Shirley and her husband Herb Weiler of St. Agatha and Linda and her husband Panayotis Perlikos of Athens, Greece; grandfather of Greg Weiler and his fiancee Soon-Boon Lee, Jarrett Weiler, Petros and Fotis Perlikos; step-father of Murray Kieswetter and his wife Cheryl, Ruth and her husband Peter Ancich, Janet and her husband James Stockie of Waterloo, James Kieswetter and his wife Karen of Winterbourne, Edwin Kieswetter and his wife Carol of Elmira, Ken Kieswetter and his wife Carol of Lisbon, Shirley and her husband Fred Lefebvre of Haileybury, Linda and her husband Dennis Cassel of Tralee and step-daughter-in-law, Mrs. Marianne Kieswetter of Elmira. Also, remembered by his many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.

      Predeceased by his parents, Edwin A. Dotzert and Katharina Louisa Binkley; his first wife, Kathleen Yendt: granddaughter, Katrina and stepson, Tom Kieswetter.

      Mr. Dotzert's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, Willow Street, on Wednesday, May 19, 1999 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Joseph Habibullah officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo.

      As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.

      A legion service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m.
