Josiah Baer, 82, of the Hillside Haven Nursing Home, Elora, died Tues after a lengthy illness. He was born Oct,. 9, 1882 in Mannheim. He had been a farmer in Alberta and British Columbia for about 40 years. He was predeceased by his wife. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. F. E. West of North Bay and Mrs. W. A. Rau of Kitchener; two brothers, Simon and Norman, both of Preston, a sister Mrs. J. Francis of Kitchener, and 5 grandchildren....Woodland Cemetery..
