  FERGUSON, ISABELLE (Nee Marshall) On August 21, 1908. A few days previously, she had driven over to Waterloo Township to visit her daughter and was then and indeed, until she was stricken a few days afterwards, apparently in her usual health. On the morning of the 19th, she had gone down to the store with her little grandson of four years, and here she was found later, unconscious as the result of a paralytic stroke. She passed away forty-eight hours later, without having regained consciousness. She was a native of Puslinch, a daughter of the late John Marshall, a well-known pioneer of that township. She was in her 68th year. Her husband, Donald Ferguson, predeceased her by several years. She leaves a family of two sons and three daughters, Marshall, at home; Donald in Dakota; Misses Isabel and Margaret, at home; and Mrs. Wilkinson of Waterloo Township. The brothers and sisters are John and Alex Marshall of Cass City, Michigan; Neil Marshall of Guelph; Archibald Marshall of Schaw Station; Mrs. Thomson of Puslinch; and Mrs. Livergood of Preston. Mrs. Ferguson's death makes the first break in a family of seven. Interment Killean Cemetery. -Information from the death certificate: Of lot 9, concession 1, Puslinch.
