  The death occurred at St. Mary's Hospital early this morning of Miss Elizabeth Berscht, 72, of 43 Weber Street East, following a lengthy illness. Prior to coming to the city about a year ago, she had lived at Wellesley. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church (Canada Synod), Wellesley, and was daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Berscht. Surviving are five brothers, John, Didsbury, Alta., William, Guelph, Albert, Kitchener, Herbert, Hamilton, and Wilfred, Santa Barbara, Calif.; and one sister, Mrs. David Walton, Kitscotey, Alta. The funeral will be held Friday at two o'clock form the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home to St. Paul's Lutheran Church (Canada Synod), Wellesley, where service will be held at three o'clock. Interment will be n Wellesley Cemetery, Rev. A. W. Lotz of Kitchener and Rev. W. Nolting of Wellesley will officiate. The remains are resting at the funeral home.
