  MRS. SAMUEL FEAR DEAD. The funeral of Mrs. Jane J. Fear widow of the late Roy Samuel Fear took place at Stratford on the 15th ult. The late Mrs. Fear was of Scottish birth, having come to Canada at the age of three. Her maiden name was Jane J. Moore. The family home was hewed out of the forest within a mile of Elmira. Her husband died eight years ago. She passed away at Exeter at the home of her son, Rev. E. A. Fear, ending a long and useful life and revered by her loved ones and by all who learned her worth. She is survived by a family of five sons: Rev. E. A. Fear of Exeter; Isaac, of Seaforth; Wesley, of Aylmer; George and John of California. The last two named were unable to be present at the funeral.
