  BOYES John Grierson - Passed away at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, June 8th., 1987. John Boyes of R.R. #2 Branchton in his 89th year. Was born on June 24th., 1898 in Dunscore, Dunnfrieshire Scotland and came to Canada in 1920. Son of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Marchbank) Boyes of Scotland. Loved husband of Dorothy Falkiner, beloved step-father of Robert M. Lisso of Greensville and Eleanor (Mrs. Jack Furlong) of Cambridge. Loving grandfather of David and John Furlong, Karen Sharp and Catherine Lisso Great-grandfather of Nicole and John Paul Furlong and Cynthia Sharp. Predeceased by Andrew Furlong. Brother of Thomas and sister Sarah and nephew Robert of Port Dover and nieces in Scotland predeceased by a sister Jean and brothers Samuel, Andrew, Robert and James. Mr. Boyes retired from Hamilton International Harvester in 1965. Resting at Coutts and Son Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, where the family will receive friends this evening from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home chapel on Thursday June 11th., at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. A. Zaft officiating. Interment Mount Zion Cemetery, Copetown.
