    • GINGERICH, WILLIAM G. On Thursday, May 15, 1997, at Winston Park Nursing Home, Kitchener. He was formerly of Baden, where he was born 84 years ago. He was the son of the late Moses Gingerich and the former Magdalena Gerber.

      William was employed at K-W Hospital for 34 years. He was a member of St. Agatha Mennonite Church.

      Beloved husband of the former Viola Mayer, whom he married June 3, 1950. Dear father of Paul and his wife Nancy of New Hamburg and Mary, of London. Loving grandfather of Jackie, Jenny, Jody and Jill. Sadly missed by his sister, Helena and her husband Austin Zehr of Tavistock and Ruth Mayer of New Hamburg and a sister-in-law, Ruth Gingerich of Baden.

      William was predeceased by a brother, Joseph and a sister Elmina and her husband Noah Brenneman and brother-in-law William Mayer.

      Family and friends may call at the Mark Yutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg, tonight (Friday) from 7-9 p.m, Saturday from 2: 30-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Sunday, May 18, 1997 at 2 p.m. at St. Agatha Mennonite Church with Pastor Brent Kipfer officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or the House of Friendship.
