- In the Surrogate Court. OF THE County of Waterloo.
In the estate of Mary Fisher, deceased, upon the application of William S. Kutt of the Town of Waterloo in the County of Waterloo, car penter, and upon reading his Petition and his affidavit verifying the same and sworn on the seventh day of January, 1893, and filled in the Registry of said Court whereby it appears that the said Mary Fischer late of the said Town of Waterloo, Widow, died on or about the ninth day of July 1888 intestate, leaving five children only, namely, Philip Fisher and Frederick Fischer of the city of Buffalo, Margaret (wife of Gustay Muhme) of the city of Toledo, Christian (since deceased) who was the wife of John Isley and who died intestate leaving infant children and Sophia (since deceased) who was the wife of the said applicant and that the survivors of said children all reside out cf the Province of Ontario and have all renounced in favour of the said applicant and that the said applicant is beneficially interested in the property of the said Mary Fisher, deceased. under assignment from the said children Philip, Frederick, Margaret and Christian, I order that this order be published in each issue for two weeks of the Waterloo Chronicle newspaper (published in the Town of Waterloo in the said County of Waterloo) and that within fifteen days after the first publication hereof in such newspaper, the next of kin of the said deceased Mary Fisher and all other persons having or pretending to have any interest in her property, do cause an appearance to be ertered for them in our said Court and accept or refuse Letters of administration of the property of the said Mary Fisher, deceased, or show cause why the same should not be granted to the said applicant and that in default of their so appearing and accepting or extracting the said Letters of Administration, I will proceed to grant such letters to the said applicant, their absence notwithstanding.
