  HAAS, Ernest At his - home, 247 Franklin St. North, on Tuesday, Oct. 2, 1973, Er nest Haas, age 71 years, born in Switzerland, a Twin City resident for the past 50 years, formerly employed at the B. F. Goodrich Co. Ltd. and a veteran of the First World War; husband of Carola Ro mitz; who predeceased him in April of this year; father of Harry, Marguerite (Mrs. Ed ward Moutoux) and Dora (Mrs. Anthony Alanza), all of Kitchener, Peggy (Mrs. Don ald Leuzinger) of Bridgeport and Mrs. Ruth Keller of Ham ilton; also survived by a sister in Switzerland, nine grand children and four great-grand children. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West, Kitchener, after noon on Wednesday. Fu neral service in the chapel Thursday at 11 a.m., with Rev. Willis Hunking officiat ing.
