FREEPORT.
Death of Mrs. Shelly - The many friends of Mrs. Christina Schmidt, relict of the late David Sheily, wil regret to hear of her death, which took place at the residence of her son-in-law, Mr. E. Brubacher of Berlin. Deceased had been suffering from complication of diseases, and though at times in great pain, she bore it all with true Christian endurance. All that medical skill could suggest was provided, but despite all she passed away to the great beyond last Sunday morning. The funeral services were held in Berlin, after which the remains were brought to Freeport cemetery and interred beside those of her husband, who predeceased her 20 years ago. She leaves to mourn her loss, one son, Caleb, on the home-stead and Mrs. Brubacher of Berlin.
