Mr. James S.Lytle, aged 63 years, died in Rev Baltimore Tuesday morning at 7.30, of a complication of diseases. Interment took place at the Rock Spring Church yesterday. Rev. W. to H. H. Bowers, rector of Trinity Church, Towson, officiated. Mr. Lytle is well known throughout the county. He was for a number of years a resident of Bel Air, and at one from time owning and running the hotel located on the corner of Main and Office streets. He leaves five children Mr. James H. Lytle, the compositor on the Maryland Journal, Towson, C Messrs. Charles E. and George V. Lytle, of Baltimore, Miss Bessie V. and Mollie E. Lytle, of Baltimore. The pall bearers were W. G. Johnson, George T. Poisal, G. L. Bayne and John L. Edell.

James S. Lytle, who keeps a saloon in Waverly, and who is also a Justice of the Peace, was convicted in the Circuit Court here this week of selling liquor on Sunday.
