  Mrs. William Driever PRESTON, Dec. 9 - Gladys Florence Sturdy, wife of William L. Driever, Jr., of Preston, died at her home, 552 Queen St., early this morning. She had been ill since last spring. A lifelong resident of Preston, Mrs. Driever, possessed a fine personality which won for her a host of friends. A member of St, Paul's United Church, she was a member of the Young Women's Association and the Women's Missionary Society of that church. At one time she was active in choir work and also in the primary class of the Sunday school. Surviving are her husband; two daughters, Eleanor and Dorothy at home: her mother, Mrs. Kate Sturdy, Preston; a sister, Mrs. Homer Grimm, Preston; two brothers, Sidney I. Sturdy of Rochester, N.Y., and Gerald F. Sturdy of Preston. The remains are resting at the Stager-Pass Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held on Wednesday at 3: 30.
