- Mrs. Samuel Budovitch
There passed away on Wednesday last at the family residence, 15 Homewood Ave., Kitchener, Mrs. Lena Budovitch, wife of Samuel Budovitch, following an illness of three years. The late Mrs. Budovitch was in her 54th year.
Born in Russia, she came to Canada at an early age, living at St. John, N.B., and coming to Kitchener in 1927. She was a member of the Beth Jacob Synagogue and of sev eral Jewish women's organizations. She leaves her husband, one daughter, Miss Sally Budovitch, and four sons, Lew, Jack, Mort and Nat Budovitch, proprietors of the Davis Economic Store. Two grandchildren also survive. The funeral took place on Wednesday afternoon.
