  HACKER, Irene Of Golden Years Nursing Home, Cambridge, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2001, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 94th year. Irene Souder, beloved wife of the late Frederick Hacker Sr. (1992). Dear mother of Frederick Jr. and his wife Marla of Cambridge, Paul and his wife Janine of Richmond, B C., Beryl Schindel and her husband Harvey of Mississauga and Janice of Kitchener. Lovingly remembered by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Survived by one brother, Mervyn of Cambridge. Predeceased by her parents, Ephraim and Catherine Souder and one brother, Robert. Mrs. Hacker, was born in Hespeler and has been a lifelong resident of Cambridge (Preston). She was a member of Calvary Pentecostal Assembly. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Rd., Cambridge, tonight (Wednesday) from 7-9 p.m. The complete funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, Dec. 13, 2001, at 11 a.m. Interment in Park Lawn Cemetery, Cambridge.
