  MARTIN, Alvina (Mrs. Ivan) - Peacefully, on Friday, May 19, 2006, at Georgetown Hospital. Alvina (Gingrich) Martin, in her 91st year, of RR4, Acton.Beloved wife of the late Ivan Martin (1994). Dear mother of Myron and Hilda Martin of Caledon, Eunice and Jim McGee of Oshawa, Verda and Dave Matthew of Milton. Also lovingly remembered by her seven grandchildren and her 17 great-grandchildren. Sister of Lydia Martin of Elmira.Predeceased by her parents, Anson and Rebecca (Bauman) Gingrich; her grandson Richard; brother Clayton Gingrich; two sisters Viola Brubacher and Ada Brubacher.The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. where funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, May 22 at 11 a.m. followed by interment in Elmira Mennonite Cemetery.In her memory, donations to Gideon Bible Society would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
