  HOFFARTH, Eleanor Barbara - Peacefully passed away, at Pinehaven Nursing Home in Waterloo, on Monday, March 19, 2007, in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late William Hoffarth. Dear mother of Leonard Hoffarth of Kitchener, Cathy Girodat and her husband Herbert of Carlsruhe and Ann Snyder and her deceased husband Lincoln of Hawkesville. Loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Survived by her sister Anna Wellheiser of New Hamburg. Predeceased by her parents John and Barbara (Grubb) Wand, her son Charles Hoffarth, daughter Kathleen Hoffarth in infancy, great grandson John Girodat, two brothers and seven sisters. Eleanor always kept all of her grandchildren in her prayers. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King Street West, Kitchener on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony Daniel RC Church, 29 Midland Dr. (at Ottawa St.) Kitchener on Friday, March 23, 2007 at 11 a.m. Spring interment will be held in Carlsruhe Cemetery. Reception will follow at the Church. If desired, donations to Carmel of St. Joseph or St. Francis Xavier RC Church in Carlsruhe would be appreciated. The Record Mar 21 2007
