    • MRS. EMMA L. DETWEILER

      Mrs. Emma Louise Detweller, widow of the late Samuel S. Detweller, passed away at her 60 Homewood avenue, early Sunday, Born in St. Catharines, she had lived in Kitchener for many years. She was In her 88th year.

      Three sons and three daughters survive, including of Kitchener, James of Vancouver, B.C., Car Dr. Herbert K., Toronto, Mrs. Grace. Shearer and Miss Margaret, Kitchener, and Mrs. Clifford Reid, White Rock, B.C. One sister, Mrs. R. H. Rathburn. Vancouver, and seven grandchildren also survive.

      Public services will be held at Schreiter-Sandrock funerals Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock, with interment in the East End Mennonite cemetery. Rev. E. Becker, Alma Street United Brethren church, of which deceased was a member, will be in charge of the services.
