    • EIDT, Mrs. William (Bertha) - At the K-W Hospital, Thursday, June 23, 1977, following a lengthy illness, Bertha Gabel, aged 82 years, of Cedar St., Kitchener.

      A member of Zion United Church. Beloved wife of the late William Eidt, who predeceased her in 1968. She was active in the Women's Missionary Society of the church.

      Dear sister of Mrs. August (Ida) Ratz of Kitchener, and Mrs. Andrew (Rosa) Battler of St. Marys. Predeceased by her parents, three brothers, Victor, Hiram and Harvey, and four sisters, Lucinda, Almina, Margaret and Nettie.

      Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. West, after 2 p.m. Friday. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, 2 p.m. with Rev. Fred J. Roberts and Rev. George F. Barthel officiating. Interment Lingelbach cemetery.
