- MRS. ROY W. HUNTER
Mrs. Roy Hunter of Wingham a former resident of New Hamburg died suddenly at her home in Wingham August 26. Prior to the war. Mrs. Hunter lived in New Hamburg with her family, while her husband was employed at the Bank of Commerce here.
A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Scott. Mrs. Hunter was the former A. Louise Scott and was born at Smiths Falls.
She was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Wingham.
She is survived by her husband: a son. Scott of Missisauga; a brother. Kenneth of Sault Ste. Marie: two sisters. Winnifred of Toronto and Mrs. Gordon (Irene) Ingram of Sault Ste. Marie, and two grandchildren.
The funeral service was held at Wingham August 27 and burial was in Pine Grove cemetery. Port Perry. Wednesday afternoon.
