      Of Langs Drive, Cambridge, on Wednesday, September 29, 1999, at St. Mary's Hospital, in her 86th. year. Beloved sister of Orpha Kinzie and dear sister-in-law of Irene Kinzie, both of Cambridge. Dear aunt of Ken Kinzie and his wife Pam, Jim Kinzie and his wife Leana, Janet Clark and her husband Dennis, and Rosemary Zehr-Chown and her husband Doug. Also survived by 11 great-nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Ephraim and Nancy Kinzie, one brother, Elton and two sisters, Rheta and Della. Miss Kinzie was born in Preston, on July 26, 1914 and lived most of her life in the area. She was a member of Preston Mennonite Church and also attended the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. She was a retired school teacher and taught in Hespeler, Georgetown and New Guinea. The family will receive friends, at Preston Mennonite Church, 791 Concession Road, Cambridge, on Friday, October 1, 1999, from 2: 30 p.m., until service time at 3: 30 p.m. Complete funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Amzie Brubacher and Rev. Ralph Westendorp. Interment in Hagey Cemetery, Cambridge.

      Kinzie, Ephraim, son of the late Henry and Elizabeth (Steiner)Kinzie, was born near Preston, Ont., July 2, 1881; passed away at the South Waterloo Hospital, Jan. 10, 1958; aged 76 y. 6 m. 8 d. Death was due to a heart ailment. On Feb. 3, 1909, he was married to Nancy Detweiler. He is survived by his wife, one son (Elton, Breslau, Ont.), 4 daughters (Rheta, Toronot, Ont.; and Verda, Della, and Orpha, at home), 3 brother (Harry and Edwin, Blair, Ont.; and Isaiah, Hespeler, Ont.), and one sister (Mrs. Abraham Wismer, Preston, Ont.). He dedicated his talents in service to the Preston Mennonite Church and witnessed through his many business contacts during the forty years he operated Preston's first dairy. Funeral services were held at the Preston Church, Jan. 12, in charge of Howard L. Good and B. B.Shantz. Burial in the Hagey Cemetery.
