  DIED FROM APPENDICITIS Much sympathy is felt for Mr. and Mrs. George Grant In the death of their son Roy, which took place in the R. V. Hospital on Tuesday, August 5, following an attack of appendicitis. Roy was a bright, manly little fellow and will be much missed in his home and by his friends. The funeral took place on August 7 to Barrie Union Cemetery, Rev. Mr. Carscadden conducting the services. Besides his parents he leaves four sisters and two brothers to mourn his loss.
