    • Mrs. John J. Warnholz

      Elmira - Mrs. John J. Warnholz, 79, of 15 Bluebird Place died Sunday in Martin's Nursing Home here after a lengthy illness. The former Christine Woinowski, she was born Oct. 31, 1885 in Holland Township, Grey County. She lived in Elmira for four years and was a former resident of Kitchener. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Kitchener. A daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Woinowski, she was predeceased by her first husband, Arno Totzke, in 1908 and by her second husband, John J. Warnholz, in 1959. Survivors include three sons, Ernest Warnholz of Windsor, Harold Totzke of Kitchener and Melville Totzke of Elmira; two brothers, Frederick Wayne and William Wynowsky, both of Kitchener; a sister, Mrs. Wilhelmina Vojer of Windsor; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by three sisters and two brothers. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. by Rev. A. Schweitzer of St. Mark's Church. Burial will be in Memory Gardens. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be accepted as expressions of sympathy.
