  • Notes
    • Maria (Mary) lost her mother, in 1859, probably due to childbirth complications with a stillborn son. Mary's father, Jacob, was left with five little girls. Written family records from the Shantz Station Kramp historian says that Maria was adopted by Jacob's sister, Eva Kramp Mueller and her husband, Peter, as they had no children. However, she seems to have kept her Kramp name intact.
