  Naka Murakami April 1, 1916 - April 9, 2001 Funeral arrangements by Westmount Funeral Home & Chapel Died peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, at A.R. Goudie Eventide Home, Kitchener, on Monday April 9, 2001 at the age of 85 years. Wife of the late Bert Shokichi Murakami. Loving mother of Nancy Kitagawa, Mary Ann Yonemitsu and her husband Joe, Marsha Murakami, Donna McCracken and Debbie Clermont and her husband Bob. Cherished grandmother of Brent and Neil Kitagawa and Lisa and Steve Marr; Jennifer and Hans Jespersen, Steve and Nori Yonemitsu; Shari and Darren Gani, Keiko and David Hosaki; Shanna and Danielle Clermont and 8 Great-grandchildren. Survived by sisters, Ruth Akagawa of Manitoba and Fusako Akazawa of B.C. Special thanks to all the staff at A.R. Goudie Eventide Home for their care and compassion. Friends will be received at WESTMOUNT FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1001 Ottawa Street South (at Westmount Rd.), (519) 743-8900, Kitchener, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, April 13, 2001 at 11 am. Interment at Parkview cemetery , Waterloo.
