  Waterloo Man Held on Assault Charge Provincials Locate Delton Schmidt in Waterloo Jail After Fight at Bloomingdale Sale. Delton J. Schmidt. Bridgeport Road. Waterloo, who is alleged to have assaulted Abram Kerschenbaum, Breslau road butcher, at an auction sale at Bloomingdale, and sought by police, was located in the Waterloo police cells Wednesday night. He had been fighting in a Waterloo hotel and on Thursday paid a $10 and costs fine for drunkenness, After Kerschenbaum was taken to the K.-W. Hospital. his wife swore out a warrant for Schmidt's arrest, who is alleged to have kicked Kerschenbaum after hitting him with his first and knocking him unconscious.
