  REIMO, Leida (nee Sarv) - passed away peacefully at Orchard Villa Retirement Home, Pickering, Ont., on Tuesday, July 27, 2004 in her 95th year. She was the beloved wife of the late Enn Reimo, and was predeceased by her parents, Aleksander and Liisa Sarv. Leida will be sadly missed by her many friends. She was born in Tarvastu, Estonia and immigrated to Canada in 1948. Together with husband Enn, she worked at Savage Shoes Limited in Preston, Ont. until retirement. Initially residing in Preston, they later moved to a farm near Ayr, Ont. It is the years at this farm amongst the many newly planted flowers and trees that remained most endearing to Leida and Enn. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 4, 2004 at 11 a.m. in the chapel at St. John's Lutheran Church, 22 Willow Street, Waterloo, Ont. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Lutheran cemetery in Kitchener. Special thanks and appreciation are extended to the caring staff at Orchard Villa Retirement Home.
