  Machel, Frederick William-At K-W Hospital on Sunday, Aug 16, 1987, age 74 years, Frederick Machel, of 43 Marshall St., Waterloo. The founding member of Bethel Lutheran Church and a retired employee of Sunar Hauserman Ltd. Son of the late Gustay Machel and the former Justine Stemke. Beloved husband of the former Mathilde Mueller; loving father of Udi Machel Scott and her husband Jeff of Kitchener, Iris Schneider and her husband Dr. Ulf of West Germany and Renate Tomesch and her husband Rev. Harald of Waterloo. Sadly missed Opa of Sarah, Stephanie, Susanne, Natalie and Katelin. Loving brother of Blondine Beier of Waterloo, Pauline Jeske and Emma Beier, both of West Germany and Lydia Rosenau of Kitchener. Sadly missed by many friends. Predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., after 7 p.m. tonight (Monday). Family prayers on Wednesday, Aug 19 at 10:30 a.m., in the chapel, followed by funeral services in Bethel Lutheran Church at 11 a.m., Rev Otto Bischoff and Rev. Richard Orlowski officiating. Interment St. Peter's Lutheran cemetery. Donations to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or the Canadian Red Cross would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
