  DEERING, John Alexander - At Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Wednesday, July 21, 2004, in his 74th year. Born in Glace Bay, N.S. and resided in Cambridge since 1950. Beloved husband of Vera (nee Pink). Loving father of George (Nikki Veilleux) and John (Gale). John will be sadly missed by his five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; his brother, Ronald and his sisters, Margaret Lecreux and Myrtle Arsenault (Alset). Predeceased by his parents, George and Mary; brothers, Norman, George, Ivan and Michael and his sisters, Chris MacDonald, Georgina Hickey and Anne LeBlanc.Friends will be received at Little's Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 223 Main St. E., Cambridge (519-623-1290) for memorial visitation on Saturday, July 24, 2004 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
