  CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE Case Against Michael Schedler, New Dundee, Heard in Kitchener Police Court. Michael Schedler of New Dundee appeared in Kitchener police court recently charged with criminal negligence. On the night of November 1st Emil Sippel of Kitchener was struck by a car driven by Schedler, sustaining a fractured pelvis and hip which will cause him pain and stiffness the rest of his life, The night on which the accident occurred there was a drizzling rain which made it difficult for Schedler to see.
