- YOUNG, Henry B. - Peacefully, on Monday, Jan 14, 1991, at Stratford General Hospital, Henry Benjamin Young, of RR 1. Wellesley and formerly of Port Colborne.
Henry was born in Port Colborne 68 years ago. He was a son of the late Benjamin Young and the late Alice Haubeil. A member of the North Easthope Reformed Mennonite Church. He had farmed at RR 1. Wellesley until September, 1990.
Loving husband of Mary (Bankert) Young of RR 1. Wellesley, dear father of Wayne and his wife Rosanna Kuntze of RR 1, Wellesley, Ann Marie and her husband Ross Wilhelm, Nancy Jean and her husband Dale Wilhelm, both of RR 1. Stratford, brother of Earl and Catherine Edighoffer of Holiday, Fla.. Harold and his wife Jessie Edighoffer of Newport News, Va. and Dorothy Schlicher of Dunedin, Fla; brother-in-law of Alfred Beam of RR 2, Baden. Special uncle of Gerald and Emily Beam of Wainwright, Alta., Helen and Roy Bankert of Port Colborne, Harriett and Allan Bankert of RR 2, Baden. Lovingly remembered by eight grandchildren.
Predeceased by a step-mother. Anna Young in 1988 and one sister, Hattie Beam.
Visitation at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, 40 Henry St., Wellesley. where the family will receive friends this evening (Tuesday) from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At noon Thursday, Jan. 17, removal will be made to the North Easthope Reformed Mennonite Church for the service at 2 p.m. Rev. Robert Beehler and Rev. Walter Roth will officiate. Interment in the Wilmot Reformed Mennonite cemetery.
