  DISBELIEVES EVIDENCE STRATFORD, - After Charles Stock, Wartburg butcher, and Stephen Belinski, Stratford youth, had given their versions of an episode in which the latter and a girl friend, thought to have been named Pearl, were said to have relieved Stock of $14 Crown Attorney J. C. Makins declared there was not enough evidence for conviction and the case was dismissed. He didn't believe a word on either side, he asserted.
