  PAIKIN, Gary P. At Sunnyside Home, Kitchener, on Sunday, Sept. 13, 1998, after a lengthy illness, Gary Phillip Paikin, aged 45 years. Gary was a member of Beth Jacob Synagogue. He attended McMaster University receiving a BPE (Hon.) in 1977. He was a member of the McMaster University Alumni Association, a member of the K-W YMCA, Chamber of Commerce, B'Nai B'Rith Lodge 1127 and the Racquet Club. Husband of the former Janet Lewis: loving father to Shane and Marla at home; brother to Frances of Toronto, Caryl and her husband Cameron Yule of Waterloo. Son-in-law to Della Lewis or Orillia and brother-in-law to Heather Stewart. Also survived by a number of cousins. Predeceased by his parents, Harold Paikin and Sylvia Roth. Funeral service was held Monday from Beth Jacob Synagogue with Rabbi Nathan Langer officiating. Interment was made in Beth Jacob Cemetery. Donations to the Beth Jacob Synagogue or the K-W Big Brothers Associ ation may be made as expressions of sympathy. A private family Shiva will be observed.
