  [S7] News - ON, Waterloo, Kitchener - Berliner Journal (1859-1917), 23 Jan 1890. Jan16, 1890 F. W. Ernst died in Hanover & was buried on Sunday afternoon in Waterloo, at age of 28 years. He was the son-in-law of Mr. Friedrich Schlote in Waterloo. Approximately 350 Odd Fellows, Foresters & Free Masons participated in the funeral procession, of which many come from Stratford, New Hamburg & other centres by special train.
