  Last Monday Pnuemonia claimed as its victim Mrs. Luckhardt, mother of Mr. J. P. Luckhardt. Deceased was born in Hessen, Germany, 69 years ago, emigrated to Canada when quite young, lived with her husband and family in Berlin, Normanby and Maryborough and later retired to Elmira. After the death of her husband, deceased lived in a house of her own until deeming strength rendered it necessary for her to break up housekeeping, whereafter she lived with her son John, where she enjoyed the best of care until death relieved her. She was highly respected by all who knew her and will be much missed by those with whom her life had thrown her into contact. Elmira Signet 23 Mar 1905 __________________________ LUCKHARDT, At Elmira, after a short illness of pneumonia, Anna Catharine Pfeffer, widow of the late Jacob Luckhardt, aged 74 years, 10 months and 12 days. The funeral takes place this (Thursday) afternoon, 2 o'clock. Part II Last Monday, Pneumonia claimed as its victim, Mrs. Luckhardt, mother of Mr. J. P. Luckhardt.
